Quick Web Go

Last updated: 30 July 2026

The short version

If your website is live and it is not right for you, tell us within 7 days and we will refund your subscription fee in full.

No pro-rata calculation, no restocking fee, no argument. The rest of this page explains the detail — when the 7 days start, the two things that cannot be refunded, and how to ask.

1. The 7-day window

1.1 When it starts

The window runs for 7 calendar days from the date your website goes live.

"Goes live" means the date your website first becomes publicly reachable at your own domain, and we confirm that to you in writing (email or WhatsApp).

The window deliberately starts at go-live, not at the date you paid. If it takes us two weeks to build and deploy your site, you still get a full 7 days to judge the finished thing. You are never penalised for our build time.

1.2 What you get back

The full annual subscription fee you paid — ₹1,799 or ₹2,499 as applicable.

1.3 What you do not need to do

You do not need to give a reason. "It isn't for me" is enough. We will ask for feedback because it helps us, but a refund is not conditional on giving any.

2. The two exclusions

Only two things fall outside the refund, and both are money that has already left our hands.

2.1 Domain registration fees

If we registered a domain name for you, its registration fee is not refundable. Domain registrations are paid to the registrar, are non-reversible once made, and are typically non-refundable to us.

The domain is yours. If you take a refund, we will transfer the domain to any registrar account you nominate, at no charge. You keep what you paid for.

If you brought your own domain, this exclusion does not apply to you at all.

2.2 Custom work already delivered

Any customisation, integration, data migration, content writing or add-on module that was separately quoted, that you approved, and that we have delivered, is not refundable. That is bespoke work performed to your specification.

Custom work quoted but not yet started is refunded in full.

3. After 7 days

After the window closes, the annual subscription is non-refundable, including if you stop using the website.

We say this plainly rather than leaving it vague. The subscription is a year paid in advance at a price that only works because it is paid that way, and hosting and domain costs are committed for the year on your behalf. If you cancel mid-term your website stays live until the end of your paid term and simply does not renew.

Two exceptions, both ours to honour:

  • If we materially reduce your plan's core functionality during a paid term (Terms §6.3), you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
  • If we cannot deliver a working website at all, you get a full refund regardless of elapsed time. If we have not delivered, we have not earned it.

4. Cancelling without a refund

You may cancel at any time. Email or WhatsApp us and we will stop the renewal.

  • Your website stays live until the end of your current paid term.
  • Nothing further is charged.
  • Export your data before the term ends — see §6. We will remind you.

5. How to request a refund

Send one message to hello@quickwebgo.com or +91 93102 68826 with:

  • your registered name or brokerage name;
  • your website domain;
  • the words "refund request".

Then:

We initiate the refundWithin 7 business days of confirming
Money reaches your accountUPI transfers are normally instant once we send them

Refunds are sent by UPI, to the UPI ID you paid from. Please include that UPI ID in your request so there is no ambiguity about where the money goes.

We refund to the paying UPI ID by default because it is the only account we can verify actually paid us. If you need the refund sent elsewhere — a closed account, a changed number — tell us and we will confirm your identity another way first. The extra step protects you: a refund request is otherwise an easy way for someone else to redirect your money.

Once we initiate the transfer, UPI is usually instant. We will send you the transaction reference.

6. What happens to your website and data

On a refund:

  • your website is taken offline;
  • your data is retained for 30 days so you can export it, then permanently deleted;
  • you may request a full export at any time in that window, free of charge — leads and listings, in CSV or as a database dump (Terms §5.3);
  • any domain we registered for you is transferred to you on request.

You leave with your data and your domain. We think that is the only decent way to part, and it is also the reason we can offer an unconditional window at all — a refund costs us a deployment, not a customer's business.

7. If a payment goes wrong

Contact us first, always. UPI transfers have no chargeback mechanism of the kind cards offer, so a bank dispute is slow, uncertain and rarely resolves anything. We can almost always sort it out the same day.

Common cases and what we do:

  • Paid but nothing happened. Send us the UTR. We will find the payment and start your build. Money does not go missing; it goes unmatched.
  • Paid twice. We refund the duplicate in full, immediately, without you having to ask twice.
  • Paid the wrong amount. Underpaid, we will tell you the balance. Overpaid, we refund the difference.
  • Paid to the wrong UPI ID. We cannot recover money sent to an account that is not ours. Check the payee name shown by your UPI app before confirming — it must match the name on our payment page.

Note on the payee name: payments are received by RYTTIME ONLINE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, the company behind Quick Web Go. Your UPI app will show that name, not "Quick Web Go". This is expected — do not stop the payment because of it.

8. Grievances

If a refund is not handled as described here, escalate to our Grievance Officer:
