Quick Web Go
Last updated: 30 July 2026 Effective from: 30 July 2026
1. Who we are, and what this covers
Quick Web Go is a brand of RYTTIME ONLINE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Quick Web Go", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company incorporated in India under the Companies Act 2013, CIN U74120UP2015PTC069015, having its place of business at 6th Floor, Tower B, Lotus Business Park 107, Sector 127, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201313.
We build and host websites for independent real-estate brokers and brokerages in India on an annual subscription.
These Terms govern:
- your use of quickwebgo.com (the "Site"); and
- your subscription to a Quick Web Go website (the "Service").
By subscribing to or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind that firm. In these Terms "you" and "Broker" mean the subscribing person or firm.
2. What Quick Web Go is — and what it is not
We are a website provider. We are not a real-estate business.
This distinction is the basis of everything below, so it is stated plainly:
- We do not act as a real-estate agent, broker, dealer or intermediary in any property transaction.
- We do not list, market, value, inspect, verify or advise on any property.
- We do not introduce buyers to sellers or tenants to landlords, and we take no commission or brokerage on any transaction.
- We do not hold, handle or route any money belonging to your clients.
- We are not a party to any dealing between you and any person who contacts you through your website.
You are solely responsible for your own real-estate business, including your registration and compliance obligations under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA") and any applicable State rules. We do not verify whether you hold a RERA registration, and providing you a website is not a representation that you do. Displaying your RERA registration number on your website, where required, is your responsibility.
3. The Service
3.1 What you get
On an active subscription we provide:
- one website built on one of our pre-built themes, deployed on hosting we arrange, at a domain you nominate;
- a listings area in which you publish your own properties, subject to the listing limit of your plan;
- an enquiry form that delivers leads to you;
- routine platform maintenance and security updates;
- support by email and WhatsApp during our published support hours.
3.2 What is not included unless separately agreed in writing
- Domain name registration and renewal fees, which are payable to the registrar and are not part of the subscription fee.
- Custom design, custom features, integrations, CRM, data migration, content writing, photography, and any add-on module. These are quoted and billed separately.
- Search-engine optimisation, advertising, or any undertaking as to traffic, enquiries, leads or sales.
- Third-party services you choose to connect (payment gateways, analytics, WhatsApp Business, and similar), which are governed by their own terms.
3.3 Themes are licensed, not sold
For the term of your subscription you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the theme and platform for one brokerage website. All intellectual property in the themes, platform, source code, and Quick Web Go branding remains ours.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the theme, platform or source code;
- use one subscription to operate websites for more than one brokerage, or for a third party;
- copy the platform to build a competing product or to provide website services to others;
- remove or obscure any attribution we reasonably require.
Your own content — your logo, text, photographs, and listing data — remains yours. Section 4 covers it.
3.4 One subscription, one website
Each subscription covers one website for one brokerage. Sharing a subscription across multiple firms, offices operating as separate businesses, or with another broker is a breach of these Terms.
3.5 Plan limits
| Plan | Annual fee | Listings |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | ₹1,799 | up to 10 active listings |
| Pro | ₹2,499 | unlimited active listings |
Limits are on active, published listings. If you reach your limit you may unpublish a listing to publish another, or upgrade. We will contact you before restricting anything.
4. Your content and your warranties
You are responsible for everything published on your website.
You warrant that, for every photograph, floor plan, video, logo, description and other material you upload, you either own the rights or hold a valid licence permitting its use on a commercial website.
This matters more than it may appear. Property photographs are routinely copied from listing portals and other brokers' sites, and portal images frequently carry a visible watermark. Publishing a photograph you do not have the right to use can expose you to a copyright claim, and displaying another portal's watermark on your own website damages your brand. Use your own photographs, or images you have properly licensed.
You further warrant that your content:
- is accurate and not misleading, particularly as to price, area, ownership, approvals, possession dates and amenities;
- complies with RERA and any other law applicable to advertising property;
- does not infringe any third party's rights;
- is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory (including on grounds of religion, caste, sex, place of birth or marital status, which is both unlawful and unacceptable in property advertising).
We do not pre-screen or verify your content. We may, without being obliged to, remove or disable content we reasonably believe breaches this section or the law, and will tell you when we do.
You indemnify us against any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your content or from your real-estate activities.
5. Leads and personal data
5.1 Who owns what
Leads captured through your website are yours. We do not sell them, rent them, market to them, or use them for our own purposes.
We do not share your data with other brokers. Every Quick Web Go website is a separate deployment with its own database — there is no shared pool of leads across customers, so cross-broker exposure is prevented by how the product is built, not only by this promise.
5.2 Roles under the DPDP Act 2023
For personal data submitted by visitors to your website:
- you are the Data Fiduciary — you decide why the data is collected and how it is used, and you owe visitors the notice and consent duties the Act requires;
- we are a Data Processor — we host and process that data on your instructions, and for no other purpose.
You must therefore ensure your website displays a privacy notice appropriate to your business and that you respond to requests from individuals about their data. We will help you technically; we cannot discharge your duties for you.
5.3 Your right to a copy
You may request an export of the lead and listing data held on your website at any time. We provide it in a standard machine-readable format (CSV, or a database dump on request) within 5 business days of a verified request. One export per calendar month is free, and an export is always free on termination. Additional exports within the same month are ₹99 each — that charge covers the manual work of producing and verifying them, not the data, which is yours.
This does not apply to a request for your own personal data under the DPDP Act (Privacy Policy §9) — that is never charged for.
Our information-management-policy.md sets out how your data is stored, restricted, backed up and deleted.
6. Availability and support
6.1 No uptime guarantee on these plans
We aim to keep your website available and will use reasonable commercial efforts to do so, but at Starter and Pro pricing we do not offer a service-level agreement or an uptime guarantee. Websites are hosted on shared infrastructure. Outages, maintenance windows, hosting-provider incidents, domain or DNS problems, and events outside our control can and will occasionally interrupt service.
We would rather tell you this plainly than promise a figure we cannot underwrite at this price. If you need a guaranteed availability commitment, contact us about a dedicated arrangement.
6.2 Support
Support is provided by email and WhatsApp during 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We aim to respond within 2 working days, which is a target and not a contractual commitment. Support covers the platform and your website. It does not cover training on real-estate practice, writing your content, or work that is properly a separately quoted customisation.
6.3 Changes to the Service
We may improve, change or replace parts of the platform. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan during a paid term without giving you notice and, if you object, a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
7. Fees, renewal and repricing
7.1 Payment
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Access begins once payment is received and verified.
Payment is by UPI — to the UPI ID or QR code shown on our payment page. We do not collect card, netbanking or bank-account details, and we do not store any payment credentials. Your UPI app handles the transfer directly between your bank and ours.
Because UPI transfers are verified by us rather than by an automated gateway, please send us the UPI reference number (UTR) after paying so we can match your payment and start your build. We confirm receipt in writing, normally within one business day.
7.2 Taxes
Fees are inclusive of all applicable Indian taxes. ₹1,799 and ₹2,499 are what you pay; nothing is added at the payment step.
RYTTIME ONLINE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is not currently registered for GST in respect of this service, being below the ₹20 lakh turnover threshold. If that changes we will say so here and give notice before it affects a renewal.
7.3 Renewal
Subscriptions renew annually. Renewal is not automatic — because we take payment by UPI rather than by card mandate, nothing is ever debited from you without you choosing to pay. We send a renewal notice and you pay if you wish to continue. We will send a renewal notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. The fee for a renewal term may differ from the fee for the current term — we will state the applicable fee in that notice, and you may decline renewal at any time before the renewal date without charge.
7.4 Non-payment
If a renewal is not paid by its due date:
- Days 1–7: your website stays live; we follow up.
- Days 8–30: your website is suspended and shows a holding page. Your data is retained in full.
- After 30 days: we may terminate and delete your website and its data. Before deleting anything we will make a reasonable attempt to reach you at your registered contact details and give you an opportunity to export your data under §5.3.
Reactivation within the retention window restores your site as it was.
8. Refunds
Our refund position is set out separately in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: a full refund is available if you ask within 7 days of your website going live.
9. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your paid term. Because the subscription is a full year paid in advance, cancelling mid-term does not create a pro-rata refund except as the Refund Policy provides.
We may suspend or terminate immediately if you:
- breach §3.3 (licence), §3.4 (one site per subscription) or §4 (content);
- use the Service unlawfully, or to defraud or mislead;
- fail to pay as set out in §7.4;
- attempt to compromise the platform, other customers' sites, or the hosting environment.
On termination for any reason your licence ends, your website is taken down, and we retain your data for 30 days so you can export it, after which it is deleted.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for lost business, lost profit, lost or missed leads, lost sales, lost commission, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.
- We are not liable for any dealing, dispute, transaction or claim between you and any person who contacts you through your website.
- We are not liable for the accuracy of your content, or for the consequences of publishing it.
- We are not liable for failures of third parties you or we rely on, including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, and communication networks.
- Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid us in that period.
That last limit is deliberately proportionate to what you pay. It is the trade that makes a ₹1,799 website possible.
11. Grievance redressal
For any complaint about the Service, or about content on a Quick Web Go website, contact our Grievance Officer:
Name: Rahul Srivastav Email: GRO@quickwebgo.com Address: 6th Floor, Tower B, Lotus Business Park 107, Sector 127, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201313
We will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
12. General
Assignment. You may not transfer your subscription without our written consent. If you sell your brokerage, contact us — we will normally consent.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we notify you, or at your next renewal, whichever is later. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between us. Any custom work is governed by its own written quote, which prevails over these Terms only for that work.
Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
